Marcman Solutions, in partnership with DigiCred Holdings and Guidehouse, is proud to announce its selection for the Wyoming Innovation Partnerships (WIP) initiative to deliver a statewide Learning and Employment Record (LER) Ecosystem. The project is administered by the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, in collaboration with the Office of the Governor, Wyoming Department of Education, Wyoming Community College Commission, and the University of Wyoming. DigiCred will serve as the prime contractor on the award.
The LER ecosystem will include a secure Digital Credential Wallet platform built on blockchain technology designed to store and share verifiable credentials and training records. Leveraging blockchain's immutable and decentralized architecture, the solution ensures credential authenticity, security, and portability while preventing fraud and unauthorized alterations.
This innovative platform will empower Wyoming learners and workers to efficiently showcase their skills and qualifications with prospective employers, educators, and third-party organizations—strengthening workforce mobility, employer confidence, and economic opportunity across the state.
This groundbreaking award reflects Wyoming's leadership in building a next-generation workforce infrastructure, and Marcman Solutions is honored to contribute technical integration leadership alongside DigiCred's innovative credentialing technology and Guidehouse's implementation expertise.
