About Christian
Christian Minor is a seasoned government relations professional with a proven record of leadership in policy development, advocacy, and strategic project delivery. Recognized for his tireless work advancing juvenile and criminal justice reform in Florida, Christian has successfully guided landmark legislation and secured significant appropriations through both legislative and executive channels.
In addition to his leadership role at Marcman Solutions, Christian serves as Executive Director of the Florida Juvenile Justice Association (FJJA), where he represents private providers contracted by the Department of Juvenile Justice. His prior experience includes roles as Director of Legislative Affairs for Bridges of America and the Florida Smart Justice Alliance, as well as a Legislative Associate for the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, where he advanced healthcare policy initiatives. Earlier in his career, he began his public service as a legislative aide, quickly establishing himself as a trusted advocate in Tallahassee.
Christian holds both an M.S. in American Applied Politics and Policy and a B.A. in History from Florida State University. His contributions have been recognized with the Joy Aukema Taps Children’s Advocate of the Year Award from Legal Services of North Florida.
