Russell Marcus

Russell Marcus brings a wealth of private and public sector knowledge and experience to clients of Marcman Solutions. Prior to taking the helm at the company, Russell was a partner and transactional counsel with a national law firm, where he oversaw complex business transactions. He previously served as chief of business development for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.

In that role, Russell assisted the Governor of Florida in the advancement of the state’s economic development by administering state and federal programs for local businesses and communities.

As Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Russell develops Marcman Solutions' strategic plans and implements day-to-day execution of those plans in partnership with the company's senior leadership. Russell has significant experience rapidly scaling and managing teams to support complex programs. He has personally overseen design and execution in connection with billions of dollars of state and federal programs.
